Tapestry Workshop May 2025
Date – Saturday the 10th of May 2025, starting at 10 and finishing around 4pm.
Details – A six hour workshop where you will learn essential stitches and techniques to make a beautiful tapestry, this workshop is perfect for beginners and for makers interested in expanding their skills.
Using an Ashford tapestry frame, you’ll weave with hand-dyed 10-ply and chunky yarns, along with vintage tapestry wool in a rich range of colours. Weave a wall hanging, table mat, a wearable piece of art, or frame your design.
Venue – Log Cabin – Ealing Crescent – Beachlands – East Auckland

Fees – $130 full payment will secure your place on this 6 hour workshop which includes tuition, all materials, use of equipment, and a light vegetarian lunch. The workshop fee is non-refundable, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend if you can’t make it on the day.
